Faster and more accessible — for every patient

New World ships with a fully redesigned interface, built around our 2026 dashboard update. It's quicker and more responsive than the previous version, with meaningful improvements to accessibility throughout.

We've also smoothed out the moments where patients used to get stuck:

  • A symptom search bar at the start of the AI Triage module. Many patients were happy typing their symptoms in free text, and the system interpreted that well, but a minority found it hard to know what to write. Now they can type and choose from the same trusted medical symptom database, so nobody gets stuck at the first step.
  • An improved date-of-birth picker that's far easier to use on mobile.
  • A back button through the triage pathway, so patients can change a previous answer without starting over.

Small changes individually; together, a noticeably faster and more inclusive journey — especially for older and less digitally confident patients.

Faster, more accurate triage

At the heart of New World is the latest version of our partner AI triage engine, Infermedica MGP — an MHRA Class IIb certified medical device and one of the most advanced clinical triage engines in the world. It remains fully aligned with the latest governance and regulatory guidance from NHS England.

This version takes a sharper, quicker clinical history and builds a fuller picture for the clinician:

  • A wider symptom summary that captures not just what the patient confirms, but also what they deny or skip — giving the receiving clinician richer, more reliable context before the consultation.
  • A larger, clearer selection of appointment slots, improving patient access and choice — always within the boundaries set by the triage outcome.
